I am the owner of Diesel Fitness Training. I have 15 years of personal training experience in the fitness industry and over 30 years experience of exercising, training, and practicing a healthy eating lifestyle. I have gained the practical and philosophical understanding of utilizing proper eating habits to take the human body to its maximum potential.
I've competed in natural bodybuilding shows and have coached others to do the same--not just to compete but to find the right meal plan and training plan to reach their fitness goals.
